April Fools Jam!

Bring your friends, bring your family! Bring who ever!  Why are we doing this? Well we are doing this to raise money for a indoor park in Surrey, BC, Canada and we are just wanting to get a big group of people together and have a good time. Classes: Beginner Intermediate Advanced. Run Time's: 5 minutes. Jam time format, 5 people at a time. 1 person goes then another to prove who is the best in the heat. Winner of each heat goes on to another heat. Contestants will be judged on tricks, style and flow. Registration starts at 10:30am. Jam starts at 12:00pm. Win a Brodie Frame and a Haro BMX by a entering the raffle. DJ for music. Concession Stands and Food ran and sold by city. Weather Permitting. HELMETS ARE A MUST!!!!! Prizes:           Handing Out Stickers and lots of them Dans Comp Catalog Raffle: Price for a ticket 1 dollar, $3 for 5 tickets. Arm Length $5. Arm= 8Tickets. Max amount of tickets you can buy is a arm length,. On each ticket, before putting them in the bucket for the draw write your name and number on the back to contact you if you won. Tickets will be sold both days and drawed on Sunday. Winner will be contacted the day they win. Haro will have a tent set up there with there never before seen bmx bikes according to the guy who is coming out. Brodie bikes will also have a tent and stuff there too. The way the days will go. Register, starts at 10:30 Practice till 12:00 or 12:30 Intermediate heats go of 4 or 5 people. Judges choose 1 rider from each heat to go on. 5 to 10 minutes quick break Expert Riders go, same as intermediate. 30 minute break to get food, relax ride around and try out the test bikes. Beginners go, same as the others. 15 minute break so judges can talk and other people do there thing. Beginner Finals Intermediate Finals Expert Finals or Best Trick. Prizes given out. Riders and people have fun or leave. Sunday Same thing except the end we will draw the winners of the bike and frame. Raffle Tickets will be sold through out the day on both the days. Looks good, I don't know if you need to put the judges/photo/video people though, other then that its great!
I'll try and make it out for sure ryan Is there gonna be a qualifying to determine what catagory? i dont wanna make it unfair being in a catagory to low for my ability and winning and i dont wana get absolutly pwnt in the expert catagory among techy BMXers i still think we should seperate the real bikes from the baby bikes 
looks amazingly sick for someone such as yourself to singlehandedly set-up and organise and actually have the jam be successful! props dotca! should be one hell of a day
Let's see how well dotca can impress lil' deanne. Either that or we can see if sprinkles will show up?
